Paul Pierce Says Celtics-Sixers Isn’t Worth the Trip

Pierce called Boston-Philadelphia so one-sided he would not “waste that trip” for a first-round series. He said the Celtics have not lost a playoff series to the Sixers since 1982, adding, “A lot of people who are watching this show wasn’t even born.” Boston backed his confidence by routing Philadelphia 123-91 in Game 1 Sunday night.
