Pierce told Noa Dalzell that being welcomed back by the Celtics is nothing new, recalling seeing Bob Cousy, John Havlicek, and JoJo White around the team when he was coming up. "It was always open arms to the former players who helped build this place. That's what Celtic culture is, it lives on through our history," he said.
