Pedro Neto Hit With FA Charge After Red-Card Clash With Referee Darren England

Chelsea winger Neto faces an FA charge for allegedly "acting in an improper manner" toward referee England after his March 1 red against Arsenal. He saw a second yellow in the 70th minute, then was accused of not leaving promptly and/or using abusive words at officials. Neto has until March 9 to respond. It was Chelsea’s 10th red this season.
