PGMO chief Howard Webb spoke to Nottingham Forest and Manchester United on Monday to admit Matheus Cunha's second goal in Sunday's 3-2 United win should not have been given, per Sky Sports. Referee Salisbury had been sent to the pitchside monitor after Mbeumo's arm deflected the ball in the build-up, but overruled VAR and allowed the goal to stand.
