Rodgers will sign a one-year deal worth up to $25 million with the Steelers. The deal will include a base salary between $22 and $23 million. Brady, who played for the Bucs in his 40s, got $25M in his first year (2021) where he won a Super Bowl. In 2022, they gave him a 1-year, $15M restructured deal, following his 40-day retirement.
