Portland Trail Blazers Unlikely to Hire Tiago Splitter as Full-Time Head Coach

Interim coach Splitter went 42-39 and steered Portland to their first playoff berth in five years, but sources say he is unlikely to be hired as the full-time head coach, per Jake Fischer. "It's unlikely that the Brazilian lands the job in a full-time capacity," Fischer wrote, despite Splitter remaining under consideration for the role.
