PSG Champions League Celebrations Turn Violent in Paris

Paris police detained 283 people after clashes followed PSG’s Champions League final win over Arsenal, Le Figaro reported. About 20,000 gathered on the Champs-Élysées, where some fans burned cars, bikes and trash cans, fired fireworks at officers and smashed windows. Seven police officers were injured, one seriously, though Sunday’s Champ de Mars celebration remains scheduled as planned.
