Rafael Nadal Finds Peace After Retirement but Admits Tennis Adrenaline Is Irreplaceable

One year into retirement, Nadal told Movistar+ he still hits occasionally through his academy, joking he’s fine “if I don’t have to run.” He no longer follows tennis day to day, and says he’s gained “peace” without constant pressure to perform. But he admits the “exceptionally beautiful” stage of elite competition is over, and that adrenaline is impossible to replace.
