Rams Propose 40-Second Limit to Initiate Booth Reviews

The Rams have proposed amending Rule 15 to require a replay official to initiate a booth review within 40 seconds after a play is ruled dead or before the next legal snap or kick, whichever comes first. The proposal includes an exception for “a game administration matter” that delays evaluation of the play.
