Rams Sign Robert Woods to a One-Day Contract to Help Him Retire on a High Note

After 12 standout seasons, Robert Woods officially retired as a member of the Rams on Tuesday. "Bobby Trees" returned to his hometown roots, signing a one-day contract to finish his career where he won Super Bowl LVI. A 2013 second-round pick, Woods amassed 8,233 receiving yards and 38 touchdowns. His five-year tenure in Los Angeles (2017–2021) featured back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns.
