Rays Update: Cedric Mullins Back on Field, Richie Palacios Still Recovering

Kevin Cash said Mullins (tight back) is improving and returned to the field on Sunday. Palacios remains “a tick behind,” though progressing. Mullins hit .216 with 17 HR, 59 RBI and 22 steals in 133 games in 2025. Palacios batted .333 with 1 HR and 3 RBI as the Tampa Bay Rays monitor both players closely ahead of Opening Day.
