Now released police report & chats allege Diggs slapped, attempted to choke his former personal chef during a dispute over unpaid wages. The filing claims he entered her unlocked room, struck her, & applied pressure to her neck, causing her to fear losing consciousness. Diggs faces felony strangulation or suffocation & misdemeanor assault charges. Diggs denied all allegations.
