Report: WNBA Rejected WNBPA’s 33% Revenue Share Proposal in CBA Talks

The Athletic reported the WNBA rejected a WNBPA proposal for players to receive 33% of total revenue each year. The union also wants teams to carry 12 players, plus up to two developmental spots with benefits and prorated pay. WNBPA offered a 50-game season for when the league reaches 18 teams, but the WNBA is proposing an even higher number.
