Robert Beal Joins Miami Dolphins; Matthew Butler and Willie Gay Return

Beal agreed to a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins after the San Francisco 49ers declined to tender him as a restricted free agent. He recorded 14 tackles in seven games last season and has 22 tackles and one sack in 18 career games. Miami also re-signed Butler, Gay and Riley Patterson. Butler had 12 tackles, Gay posted 18 tackles, and Patterson went 27-of-29 on field goals.
