Robert Griffin III, Passengers Safe After Plane Engine Catches Fire in Houston

“The right engine of our plane flying out of Houston caught fire just after takeoff. We heard 15 straight loud bangs,” former Washington QB Robert Griffin III posted on X. He added that the pilots safely returned the plane to the airport. “The pilots were able to get us and every passenger back safe and sound with zero injuries. God is good,” he wrote.
