Rodri’s post-match ref comments after City’s 2-2 draw against Spurs on Feb. 1 have triggered an FA misconduct charge and possible ban. “The referee has to be neutral,” he said, arguing Dominik Solanke fouled Marc Guehi in the build-up to Spurs’ opener. The FA alleges he implied bias and/or questioned officials’ integrity under Rule 3.1. He must respond by Wednesday.
