Roger Penske, Rick Hendrick Denied 'Special Treatment' in NASCAR Court Clash

Judge Kenneth D. Bell has ruled that the two NASCAR magnates must sit for full, in-person depositions in the 23XI-FRM antitrust case against the governing body. Penske and Hendrick earlier sought limited questioning and remote testimony regarding their team's financials. Bell rejected the motion, stating that the case would proceed publicly, without regard to status or notoriety.
