Ron Washington Set To Join San Francisco Giants’ Staff as Infield Guru

Former Angels skipper Washington is finalizing a move to the Giants’ staff, where he’s expected to focus on the infield defensively. After quadruple bypass surgery sidelined him for much of 2025, the ex-Rangers World Series manager and renowned infield guru now joins rookie boss Tony Vitello. He will guide a talented group of Matt Chapman, Willy Adames and Rafael Devers.
