Royce Keys, Formerly Powerhouse Hobbs, Makes Surprise Debut

“Powerhouse Hobbs” became Royce Keys as the brick-wall graphic shattered during his Men’s Royal Rumble debut. Entering at No. 14, Keys immediately dumped Damian Priest. Reportedly his AEW deal expired Jan. 15, and WWE trademarked “Royce Keys” on Jan. 20. Hobbs joined AEW in 2020 and held the TNT and Trios titles. WWE introduced him with a new name.
