Ryan Blaney Thinks NASCAR has Got It Right With 16 Drivers in the New Chase Format

NASCAR had 10 drivers making the Chase in the 2004-2013 version. Blaney feels that while "10-15 years ago, 12 was a good number", he likes that 16 drivers can make the Chase. "Now, more teams can go to the track and unload faster, then win the race, and around 16 teams can win any weekend," said the 2023 Cup champion.
