Sam Roberts Says WWE Live Events Could Help Oba Femi and NXT Call-Ups Grow

Roberts said WWE’s expanded live-event schedule could help newer call-ups like Femi, Fatal Influence and other NXT graduates stay sharp. He noted veterans like Punk, Rhodes and McIntyre enjoy house shows but do not need reps. For younger talent wrestling “maybe 2 matches a month,” Roberts said longer live-event bouts can teach timing, reactions and confidence.
