Sauce Gardner Sues Contractor Over $1.4 Million Real Estate Dispute
New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner is suing a Michigan construction company and its CEO, alleging they misled him in a Detroit real estate deal. Gardner claims he purchased a historic apartment building for more than $935,000 and later paid a $500,000 renovation deposit, but the promised work failed to progress. He is seeking the return of his money and additional damages.
