‘Scrutiny Well-Deserved’: Scott O'Neil On LIV Golf's U.S. TV Struggle
LIV's Fox debut in 2025 has yet to break through in America, with its Miami event averaging just 484,000 viewers. O'Neil told SBJ the U.S. is “the dominant No. 1 TV and sponsorship market… and the scrutiny we get… is well, well-deserved.” He pointed instead to deals reaching 900 million households and a younger, social-first golf audience.
