Seahawks Promote Matt Berry, Willie Schneider To Assistant GM Roles

Following the departures of Nolan Teasley and Trent Kirchner to Minnesota, the Seahawks promoted Matt Berry and Willie Schneider to assistant general manager, according to Tom Pelissero. Berry, Seattle's vice president of player acquisition, interviewed for the Titans' GM opening last year. Schneider, the team's director of pro personnel and nephew of GM John Schneider, joined the franchise in 2017 and oversees pro scouting.
