Seattle Seahawks Officially Put Up for Sale by Paul Allen Estate

The Estate of Paul G. Allen has officially started the formal sale process for the Seattle Seahawks. This follows Allen’s long-standing plan to eventually sell his sports holdings and donate the proceeds to charity. Investment bank Allen & Company and law firm Latham & Watkins are overseeing the process, which is expected to continue through the 2026 offseason before needing final approval from NFL owners.
