Seth Rollins Calls Shoulder Rehab ‘Way Worse’ Than 2015 Knee Tear

“Rehab has been awful…way worse than my knee,” Rollins said after rotator-cuff surgery on his 2025 shoulder injury. He wore a brace nonstop for six weeks, slept upright, and called the early isometric work, “God, this su*ks.” At 12 weeks, mobility feels “good,” with strength next. He hopes to return before WrestleMania this spring, after vacating the World Heavyweight title.
