Shams Charania: Adam Silver Set to Introduce More Anti-Tanking Rule Changes Next Season

According to Shams, Silver informed the 30 GM's accross the league that he's planning to make more anti-tanking rule changes next season. Charania added that stakeholders around the NBA have intensified dialogue about combating tanking. Silver fined the Jazz and Pacers earlier this season, $500,000 and $100,000 respectively, for tanking. He even proposed a tournament to decide the Draft lottery.
