Shams: James Harden Plans to Play Through Fractured Thumb, No Surgery
Charania said Harden was evaluated by a hand specialist and “plans to play through that fracture in his right thumb,” with “no surgery” required. He noted there will be “managing of the pain” through treatment, and Harden “might sit tonight in Milwaukee” to let it calm down. Expect a “wrap or a splint” as he plays on.
