Shawn Michaels Warns WWE Prospects Need Years Before Main Roster
“To get them ready… three years,” Michaels said when discussing athletes transitioning into wrestling. The WWE executive explained prospects today work far fewer matches than previous generations, adding, “They may not get there in a year with the amount of live events we do,” while stressing faster development often sacrifices overall readiness.
