Sherrone Moore Granted Hearing Over Warrant Issue

A judge ruled Moore will get a hearing to challenge his Dec. 2025 arrest, citing a “glaring omission” before the warrant was authorized. Judge Simpson said Moore’s “due process may have been violated,” noting a detective failed to disclose his relationship with a UM employee. Moore was accused of entering a woman’s apartment & threatening to kill himself in front of her.
