Shohei Ohtani Breaks Dodgers’ Single-Season Home Run Record

Ohtani crushed his 55th homer in a 6-1 win over Seattle, surpassing his own Dodgers mark of 54 from 2024. The blast also pushed him to 109 homers across two seasons, eclipsing Shaun Green’s club record of 91. With 50 homers and 20 steals again, Ohtani became MLB’s first to achieve that combination in multiple years.
