Southampton Charged With Spying on Middlesbrough Before Play-Off Semi-Final

A Southampton performance analyst is alleged to have recorded Middlesbrough training and taken pictures of tactics on Thursday morning. While the staff member was caught and deleted the footage, Middlesbrough contacted the EFL. "Southampton has been charged with a breach of regulations. The matter will be referred to an independent disciplinary commission," an EFL statement said on Friday.
