Stan Van Gundy Suggests Getting Rid of the NBA Draft to Curb Tanking
Van Gundy says the NBA has to remove any incentive for losing to prevent tanking from happening. "Get rid of the draft. You still have the salary cap, if you want to go give Cooper Flagg $45 million a year coming out of college, do it," he said. Van Gundy emphasized that without a draft, there's no incentive to lose.
