Steelers, Browns Propose Two Rule Changes Ahead of NFL Annual Meeting

NFL teams are pushing two rule changes ahead of the NFL Annual Meeting scheduled to be held in Arizona from March 29 to April 1. The Steelers want to make 2025’s free agency contact rule permanent, allowing limited calls and travel arrangements with Undrafted Free Agents. Meanwhile, the Browns propose allowing draft picks to be traded up to five years ahead.
