Steelers Set To Hire Danny Crossman As Their Special Teams Coordinator
Per Tom Pelissero, Mike McCarthy and the Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to hire Danny Crossman as their new special teams coordinator. Crossman, 59, has over two decades of NFL experience, most recently with the Dolphins. After serving as Miami's special teams coordinator for five seasons (2019–2024), he was fired by head coach Mike McDaniel on January 10, 2025.

Roger Goodell Admits League Has “More Work To Do” On Coaching Diversity
Asked about a hiring cycle that went 0-for-10 for Black head coaches, Goodell said he’s not “resigned” and stressed that "NFL has become a more diverse league" across every platform. “We still have more work to do,” he said, adding the league is reevaluating the Rooney Rule, accelerated programs, and training to understand “why did we have the results this year.”
