Steelers Sign Veteran TE Robert Tonyan After Minicamp Tryout
The Steelers have signed veteran tight end Robert Tonyan to a one-year contract after he participated in the team's minicamp on a tryout basi, per Brooke Pryor. Tonyan is best known for his breakout 2020 season with the Packers, when he caught 52 passes for 586 yards and 11 touchdowns from Aaron Rodgers. The 31-year-old has appeared in 107 NFL games and spent last season with the Chiefs.
