Steph Curry Coming Off the Bench for the First Time in 14 Years vs. Rockets
Returning from his knee injury vs. Rockets on Sunday, Curry is playing off the bench in the regular season for the first time in 14 years. The last time he did so was during the 2011-12 season, on March 7th, 2012, in a 110-92 loss vs. Grizzlies. The Warriors are being cautious, playing Curry for 25 minutes, in short bursts.

Curry picked up where he left off before getting injured, dropping 29 points in 26 minutes vs. Rockets. "I feel good. Some good nerves going into it and obviously coming off the bench, just trying to pace yourself physically, mentally," Curry said. He felt better as the game went on ansd was grateful to be able to play 26 minutes.
