Dell says he’s ready to return in 2026 after missing all of 2025 with a catastrophic knee injury. Dell called the rehab process “the hardest year of my life,” adding, “I wanted to be out there with the guys last year.“ Ahead of the 2026 offseason, he is now feeling good physically. His return would give quarterback C.J. Stroud a major boost after a down offensive season and a playoff ousting that led to calls for the QB’s trade.
