Late in the first half vs. Michigan State, Reed Jr. used a pump fake and a clean spin move to score. He also drew the and-1 foul, as Carson Cooper couldn’t stop himself after committing to the block. “Tarris Reed is playing like Willis Reed,” an announcer said, excited by the play. Reed Jr. finished with 8 points at halftime.
