Texas Tech Adds All-MAC Standout Julien Laventure From Akron

Julien Laventure is headed to Texas Tech. The former Akron DL committed to the Red Raiders, telling On3Sports’ Hayes Fawcett of his decision. Laventure is coming off a strong season in which he totaled 45 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. His performance earned him All-MAC honors before entering the transfer portal.
