Tiger Woods Opens TGR Learning Lab as Part of $150M Cobbs Creek Restoration

Woods cut the ribbon Monday on a TGR Learning Lab in West Philadelphia, the first phase of Cobbs Creek’s $150M revival. Honoring Charlie Sifford, whom Woods called “a grandfather I never had,” the facility will serve 4,500 students with STEM programs. “I didn’t start the foundation to produce golfers… I started it to produce the greatest humans possible,” Woods said.
