Myers was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse after New York used seven pitchers in a 9-7, 10-inning win over Miami, a source said. He allowed Owen Caissie’s game-tying two-run homer in the eighth and has allowed 10 earned runs over his last 10 outings after opening with a 2.05 ERA. New York will add a fresh arm Saturday.
