Todd Monken Reveals Timeline for Naming Browns' Starting QB

Monken revealed his timeline for naming the Browns' starting QB, telling Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network that Shedeur and Deshaun will each start a preseason game. The following week will determine who starts against Chicago on Aug. 15 and Buffalo on Aug. 22, with the leader likely starting the Aug. 27 finale against New England. Watson hasn't played since October 2024.
