Tom Dundon Defends Laying Off 70 Blazers Employees
Dundon has defended his recent decision to fire 70 Blazers employees, framing it as a move to improve efficiency and output. "People are happier when they’re busy and productive. And more people just creates more problems, usually. I think Portland just had too many people," Dundon said. He added that he's treating the Blazers like any other business.
