‘A huge congratulations to Tom Hardy on his brown belt promotion,’ BJJ legend Tom DeBlass said after Hardy earned the rank under Sonny Weston. DeBlass added, ‘That brown belt won’t be around his waist very long before it’s replaced with a black belt.’ The 48-year-old British actor got hooked on martial arts while filming his movie 'Warrior' in 2011.
