Tommy Fleetwood’s Three-Barrier Driving-Range Drill Explained

Fleetwood builds a narrow “lane” each session: a pink foam brick just outside the toe, an alignment shaft on the opposite side, and second shaft planted diagonally behind him. The brick guards against heel strikes; the ground shaft checks toe contact. The upright shaft keeps the club from getting stuck behind, preventing pushes, blocks, and hooks.
