Tony Khan Sends First AEW National Champion to ROH Final Battle

Khan confirmed the soon-to-be-crowned AEW National Champion will defend the new title at ROH Final Battle on December 5 in Columbus. “It’s a great opportunity to create a new tradition,” Khan said, noting no AEW titleholder has ever defended gold on an ROH event. The champion will emerge from the Casino Gauntlet featuring Lashley, Benjamin, Ricochet, Knight, and Bailey.
