Top NASCAR Executive to Exit After 2025, Ben Kennedy to Assume Role
Chip Wile, NASCAR’s first chief track properties officer, confirmed he’ll step away after 2025, citing family reasons: “I’ve got four years left with my boys. Being on an airplane every weekend isn’t what I want.” He oversaw marquee venues like Daytona and Darlington while helping launch newer events like the Chicago Street Race. Ben Kennedy succeeds him in his role.
