Pat Riley Hilariously 'Threatens' Fining Former Lakers $2000 For Not Wearing Suits
"There's only one who's shown me true respect today and that's James Worthy who has a tie on," said Riley at halftime of Lakers-Celtics post statue unveiling. "Everybody's got a little too casual. $2000 fine for everybody." Riley also said earlier today that he wished coaches wore suits on the sidelines. This mandate was removed after the 2019-20 season.
