Herro's value on the trade market has all but collapsed over the last 15 months. Barry Jackson reported that Herro, once seen as someone worth a top-75 player, is now unlikely to warrant a first round pick. Although the Heat would never trade him in a losing deal, they'll find it tough to get what they believe he's worth.
